Dolce far niente

Sea

The Marche region lies on the east coast of Italy, on the Adriatic Sea. The coast of Le Marche stretches from Gabicce Mare in the north to San Benedetto del Tronto in the south, with about 180 kilometers of coastline in between.

Fano

The nearest beaches from Casa Cuccagna are the beaches of Fano about half an hour drive. Fano has both sandy and pebble beaches and both paid beaches with sunbeds and parasol and free beaches. Along the beach and the boulevard are many restaurants where you can eat or sit down with a refreshing drink.

Senigallia

Senigallia is located south of Fano .
La spiaggia di velluto , 'the velvet beach', as the beach of Senigallia is also mentioned. Rightly so, because the thirteen kilometer long sandy beach is the paradise for every beach lover. You can certainly walk into the sea for eighty to one hundred meters before you get to your waist in the clear, clean water, making the beach very suitable for small children.

Parco del Monte San Bartolo
Between Gabicce Mare and Pesaro lies the Parco del Monte San Bartolo , a protected natural area of about 1600 hectares. There is a beautiful road through the nature reserve where you have beautiful views over the azure blue sea below. The most beautiful beaches are Spiaggia di Vallugola and Spiaggia di Firenzuola di Focara .
